• EVA MILLING BLOCKS
After years of material and product research, we have launched a new line of special EVA materials that set the new standard for EVA orthotic milling. High quality EVA materials that make your orthotics last longer, divided in different configurations and available in all types of shore values and colours.

Each of them is explained in detailed below:
1- EVA Dressed
The DRESSED EVA block features a medium density EVA layer combined with a bottom stiffening layer. A 40 sh EVA top layer combined with a bottom stiffening layer of 80sh. An orthotic block to comfort your feet all day, ideal for half length orthotics.
2- EVA Dressed Soft
The DRESSED SOFT EVA block features a low density EVA layer combined with a bottom stiffening layer. The 30 sh EVA top layer, combined with a high density layer of 80sh, results in an ideal orthotic block that relieve your feet as you walk. Perfect as well for half length orthotics.
3- EVA Care
The CARE EVA block features two soft EVA layers combined with a bottom stiffening layer. A stabilising top layer of 30 sh, an ultra-soft cushioning middle layer of 20 sh and a bottom layer of 65sh. A block to give extra comfort and relieve foot pain. An orthotic block that offloads foot pressure and pressure peaks, in combination with extra cushioning.
4- EVA Comfort
The COMFORT EVA block features a medium hardness and soft hardness EVA layer combined with a bottom stiffening layer. A stabilising top layer of 40sh, a comfort cushioning middle layer of 25sh and a bottom layer of 65sh. A real all round orthotic block that is our most used combination for custom foot orthotics. A block take the energy generated from movement and disperses it forward producing maximum efficiency and performance.
5-EVA Performance
The PERFORMANCE EVA block features a firm hardness and medium-soft hardness EVA layer combined with a bottom stiffening layer. A fixating top layer of 50sh, a damping middle layer of 30sh and a bottom layer of 65sh. An orthotic block designed to work with shoes where total control is the goal. Using a denser EVA combination, this allows the insole to transfer the power output rather than absorbing it.
The MONO EVA block
If you want consistent hardness throughout the device then MONO EVA blocks is best for your usage. It ranges from soft, medium to compact support with different shore as per the foot condition.
